**The Opportunity**
A fantastic opportunity has become available to provide dedicated administrative support to the Truck Sales Department. Reporting to the Kenworth Sales General Manager, the position has responsibility for administration support to the Truck Sales team and our Dealer network, maintaining and updating spreadsheets, sales reports, powerpoint presentations, booking meetings, arranging employee and dealer awards and coordination of Community Plant Tours and VIP tours.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in day-to-day function/ operation of the Kenworth administration department.
- Organise orders and distribution of company diaries and calendars, truck awards for milestone occasions, merchandise for customer tours and department stationery supplies.
- Assist with the coordination of PACCAR customer tours, prepare, and distribute VIP customer tour schedules to internal departments, dealer personnel and vendors.
- Record, file and maintain the Sales Allowance Register.
- Prepare boardroom set up/clean-up for lunches, morning, and afternoon teas, whilst ensuring the boardroom kitchen is adequately stocked.
- Assist with development/coordination and distribution of the monthly and weekly sales reports, plus assisting with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents.
- Assist Marketing with the coordination of Sales events including drive days, Sales Conference, Salesperson of the Year and Dealer Meeting.
- Organise, schedule, and run monthly sales Webinars. Rehearsals, invitations/reminders, preparing presentation and report slides. Maintaining topics register.

**About You**
- Office Administration experience
- Certificate 4 - Business Administration desirable
- Strong stakeholder engagement with both internal and external customers
- Good problem-solving skill with a creative approach to efficiency.
- A strong eye for detail
