**ABOUT US** PACCAR Financial and PacLease **provides financial services and leasing products for purchases of PACCAR’s vehicles through an extensive dealer network throughout Australia.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**KEY RESPONSIBILIES**
- Process all Wholesale Loan creates/adjustments/credit notes.
- Creation of wholesale invoices, refunds, credits for KW/DAF.
- Perform daily and monthly reporting.
- Arrange all invoice charges to dealers and process DAF & Isuzu Invoices.
- Arrange PPSR discharges/ release security interests.
- Follow through queries from all dealers regarding the Wholesale Loan Portfolio.
- Collate/process banking payments daily, arrange and submit daily banking for approval.
- Process Monthly Residual Value Letters and assist backfilling any reception duties.
- Assist with Monthly processing of all Naturally Maturing, PPSR Discharges, Early Paid out letters.
- Assist with Complete Contract Completion forms for paid out vehicles.
- Assist with Annual Insurance follow ups, scanning/filing documents and internal/external audits.
- Perform Special Projects as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Asset Finance Experience Preferred.
- Up to date knowledge of MS Office Suite and advanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Excellent organisational, coordination, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of finance software: IT- QATS, LLAS, WAS.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perceptive in recognising discrepancies in information.
