**The Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintenance of archived company records (Document Control)
- Processing non stocking purchase orders and internal staff sales
- Reviewing, preparing, and distributing ISO Documentation
- Revision and communication of all Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Coordination of PACCAR Parts Intranet, site communications and Dealer Broadcasts
- Ongoing adhoc administrative tasks
**What we like about you**
- MS Office Suite (Intermediate level)
- VCE (Year 11 or Year 12) Education
- Administrative experience or Certificate in Office Administration - desirable
- Outgoing, positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow through on tasks
