If you assumed that Account Managers at Mutinex are responsible for managing our Customer Accounts, you'd be right.
- But they are also much more than that.
- You're here to make sure our Customers get value from our Products by constantly understanding their business needs and pain points. You then take that information, turn them into briefs and project manage other teams to deliver on them.
- You're part Customer Relationship Manager, part Customer Success Manager, part Project Manager.
- We have a hybrid way of working, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney our teams do 2-3 days a week in the office on average.The role
- The key responsibility in this role is to make sure our customers are using our products frequently and getting value from them.
- Our product helps them measure their media spend and marketing performance, so for them to get value from our product they'll be using it to make decisions on future campaign spend.
- You'll project manage their onboarding, data refreshes and help them discover the high value insights that GrowthOS can provide.
- You'll work with Data Science and Marketing Science teams to do this, with your key responsibility being to listen to your customers and translate their needs to briefs for these teams to execute on.**How success will be measured**

Our client satisfaction scores and renewal rates are the key measurements in this role. You would provide your customers with a high level of service to go alongside our market leading Products so that they will want to renew their contracts.What we are looking for
- Experience in the media industry in client facing roles is a key requirement as due to the nature of our customers and our product, it's a huge plus to be able to understand their lingo and help them draw out the insights they are looking for.
- Experience in Customer Success or similar roles in tech is also good to have but ideally paired with some experience in the media space too. We’ll definitely use those CSM skills to help customer use the product, being proactive and bridging gaps between sales and technical teams but with a high emphasis on building the customer relationship at the same time.
- You'll then need to have amazing people skills, always looking to give an exceptional level of service and go the extra mile for your customers.
- Be highly organised as you'll be managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
- Number of years experience isn't the key measurement but as a guide, somewhere in the 2-7 years is a good range. We're open to Mid and Senior level applicants but we would want you to be experience and comfortable dealing with very Senior stakeholders.
- Your customers are often Chief Marketing Officers at some of the biggest companies in Australia, we would want that to excite you more than it intimidates you.
- Finally, we're also looking for someone adaptable. We are an early stage startup after all so things like the tools we use, processes we follow, documentation we take are always evolving. You'd want to be someone that likes to be part of putting those things together on the fly, rather than someone that needs all of that in perfect order on day 1.About Mutinex

We might be an early stage startup but we already have strong product market fit, household name clients (Samsung, Mars, CUB and ING to name a few) and millions in revenue.
Being early stage means we're also still pretty scrappy and you wouldn't be coming into a well oiled machine, yet. But you would get a lot of opportunity to design, build and oil the machine until it's super oily.
We aren't aiming to be another Tech Unicorn because Unicorns aren't real. We are aiming (and confident of being) more like a real and really big animal that lives for a long time, like a Bowhead Whale.
Mutinex is a startup B2B SaaS platform that provides in-depth data analytics for marketers to better understand their ROI and make better decisions with future spend.

Founded in Australia, we've hit millions in ARR & have seed funding ($5 million in May 2023 & $9.5 million in October 2023 backed by EVP) that we'll use for growing our team to continue to improve our product, bring in new customers and enable them to make better and more informed decisions.
