Our South Melbourne office is growing and we’re looking for an Executive Account Manager to join our team
**About the Role**
As an Executive Account Manager you will play an integral role in our clients experience. You will have your own portfolio of businesses and will serve as their trusted advisor and first point of contact. You’ll have the opportunity to earn commission by identifying areas for growth and improvement and providing tailored solutions. The primary focus is driving business growth whilst ensuring continued retention.
**What we’re looking for**
- Sales and Customer Service superstar
- Exceptional communicator, both verbal, written and over the phone
- Detail-oriented person with a focus on delivering quality care
- Excellent listener and problem solver
- Outstanding time management skills
- Experience with CRM such as Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
**Main Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and ensure continued retention
- Maintain regular contact with your portfolio to ensure needs are being met
- Identify areas of improvement and growth and provide tailored solutions
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain a high level of quality care
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
