This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced **Property Manager **to work full time at the Brisbane City Office, managing a dynamic portfolio with all apartments located within a 7km radius.

A company mobile phone is provided.

A company smart car is available for the team, however there may me be times when team members are required to use their own vehicle.

A corporate uniform can be provided if preferred.

Monday to Friday only - No weekends

**As our next Property Manager, you will**:

- Liaise with tenants and owners regarding tenancy agreements
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
- Be responsible for coordinating property maintenance
- Conduct comparative market analysis’ to ensure market rents are being achieved
- Issue all notices to tenants in accordance with RTA legislation
- Lease management and administration

**What we are looking for**:

- Property management experience
- Knowledge of Console Cloud property management software including Realworks will be highly regarded
- Exceptional communication & computer skills
- Someone who is highly organised and motivated, with excellent communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards
