About the Company:
We are a specialist property management agency with a solid reputation in delivering exceptional service. With a median-sized rental roll, we focus on providing a high-touch, tailored approach to property management. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Part-Time Property Manager to join our dynamic team and work under the guidance of a Senior Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
In this hands-on, varied role, you will be involved in a broad range of property management tasks, including but not limited to:

- Tenant Liaison: Communicating with tenants to address queries, concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
- Open Home Inspections: Conducting property inspections and ensuring prospective tenants are shown around.
- Tenant Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new tenants, including lease agreements and move-in procedures.
- Maintenance Coordination: Liaising with contractors and tenants to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Entry Condition Reports: Conducting thorough entry condition reports and documenting property conditions.
- General Administration: Providing administrative support to the team, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and record-keeping.
- Previous experience in property management is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license (car allowance provided).
