Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth strategy and establishing strategic plans for our established and growing asset portfolio. This role will be based out of our Brisbane CBD office, offering a range of attractive employee benefits and perks.

  • Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives, identifying market opportunities within property management and Build-to-Rent portfolios.
  • Oversee the residential and property sales divisions, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and execute property agreements, maintaining compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for property management, representing the company in key stakeholder interactions.
  • Provide leadership and direction to property management teams across Australia, supporting team performance and development.
  • Ensure industry standards and company policies are upheld across all activities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align property operations with corporate strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full License (applicable in one Australian state, with potential for mutual recognition).
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and commercial management, particularly within the residential sector.
  • Proven strategic planning and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
