**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Director to oversee the residential and property sales divisions, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives, identifying market opportunities within property management and Build-to-Rent portfolios.
  • Leading negotiations and executing property agreements, maintaining compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for property management, representing the company in key stakeholder interactions.
  • Providing leadership and direction to property management teams across Australia, supporting team performance and development.
  • Ensuring industry standards and company policies are upheld across all activities.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full License (applicable in one Australian state, with potential for mutual recognition).
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and commercial management, particularly within the residential sector.
  • Proven strategic planning and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
