**Strategic Intent**
The role of Assistant Manager - ICS Acquisition Marketing Creative Strategy is responsible for delivering best in class market creative and strategy to drive new customer acquisition and billings growth for American Express’s portfolio of proprietary Small Business Cards.
**How will you make an impact in this role?**
- Use available data and insights to inform and shape a strategy at a product level; working with internal stakeholders and agency partners to brief, develop project, manage and execute marketing campaigns to drive product acquisition.
- Develop, update and optimise the always on repository of Proprietary acquisition creative assets for our Small Business portfolio
- Execute the acquisition strategy for the super-premium charge portfolio ensuring a healthy pipeline of HNW prospects.
- Build and leverage relationship with key internal stakeholders including Product, Brand, Risk, Compliance and Channel Owners.
- Drive innovation and change with key stakeholders to develop multi channel strategic creative platforms assets in multi-formats for the ICS Proprietary Small Business card portfolio
- Development and execution of campaigns and initiatives designed to educate and engage key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Leveraging reporting and analytics to track acquisition performance and shape channel recommendations.
- Lead competitive and market creative reviews and connect with international colleagues to provide insights and external thinking to the broader team.
- Track and report campaign performance to optimise campaigns improve future marketing activity.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, strategy or financial services or someone with strong agency experience.
- Track record of driving results and innovation in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Ability to manipulate and interpret data to derive conclusions and actionable insights.
- A self-starter and independent worker with a strong sense of curiosity and desire to solve problems in creative ways.
- Multitask
- Strong understanding of the financial services and loyalty will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
