About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Performance team. Reporting to a Performance Manager, you'll develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and growth for our customers, brokers, and franchisees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Development: Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to deliver against business objectives.
  • Aquisition Opportunities: Ideate new acquisition opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to bring them to market.
  • Digital Activity Management: Manage digital activity on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • Digital Partnerships: Assist in managing digital partnerships, including paid links, EDMs, and content.
  • Analytics: Utilize internal analytics tools to identify key areas of opportunity across the acquisition portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience or equivalent.
  • Experience with Google Ads (or AdWords) is required.
  • Proven strategic thinking, project management, and accurate reporting of results.

Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
