As the Business Analyst, Disruption Transformation – PMO (Program Management Office), you will be responsible for supporting the PMO in the planning, readiness, and execution of all program management related deliverables. You will coordinate day-to-day program delivery tasks, liaising with cross functional stakeholders, monitoring stream timelines, and ensure that program goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This role is critical in maintaining the program’s momentum and will help to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operations within the PMO. 

To be successful in this role, you will track the progress of projects and related streams of work, manage requirement changes, and assist in problem-solving to ensure that project deliverables meet agreed organisational standards and are completed on time and within budget. You will also be required to collaborate with the Program Delivery Managers and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Furthermore, you will work closely with program stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the development of effective solutions.

You’ll have –

  • 3-5+ years of experience in program delivery, project management, or a related role. 
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with project delivery software tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira Workflow Management, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project etc) is highly regarded.
  • Experience building out dashboards (e.g. Power BI) to surface meaningful and actionable insights is highly regarded . 
  • Process driven mindset with the ability to drive change. 
  • Ability to tackle problems using a risk-based approach. 
  • Versatile, enjoys thinking outside the box and highly adaptable.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities across parallel projects. 
  • Prior experience working in a large cross functional project team, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and prioritisation capability. 
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive and inquisitive. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
