**Your main responsibilities**:
- Supporting the Program Director
- Management and documentation of project financials and project schedules
- Maintaining the project library, reporting, and recording systems
- Administration of resources within the program
- Administration of templates and processes
- Secretariat function for all PMO meetings as required.
- Managing Project Coordinators
- Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records.
- Coordinating project stage gate reviews
- Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records.
- Ensuring project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
**Your main experience**:
- PMO experience is a preference min of 2- 5 years’ experience.
- A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite i.e.MS Projects.
- Solid background experience with the implementation of new project governance, frameworks, processes, methodologies, and tools
- Committed and result driven team player.
- Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience of working on IT projects / programmes
