**About the role**

Whilst this is a generalist role with a big focus on recruitment, every day will be different, and everything you do contributes to SHAPE's culture and people's experience.

We aren’t your standard HR team, we aim high and have fun whilst working hard. The People & Culture Coordinator will be an integral part of our team with responsibilities such as;
- **Onboarding/Learning & Development**: Making the onboarding experience seamless for our new starters. Creating new starter accounts, setting up first week plans, and arranging training.
- **People Experience**: administer letters and contribute to process improvement initiatives and other projects.

**About you**
What we’re really looking for is someone who brings the fun, a ‘lets do this’ attitude, and a team spirit. Plus, we need someone who can effortlessly juggle tasks and enjoys being the organisational guru. That said, we would also love someone who is;
- Passionate about People & Culture
- Qualified in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology
- Experience working in a fast paced role, HR administration is a bonus
- Very organised and can multi-task
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
