They are looking for three dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their dynamic team to start ASAP
This role requires individuals who are used to working in high pressure environments and are dedicated to providing excellent Customer Service.

Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Support the operational functioning of the business unit by performing a range of Customer Services.
- Respond to general enquiries in a customer focused manner, maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records both electronically and manually in accordance with Department policy.
- Prepare documents, briefings and reports.
- Provide ad hoc clerical support as required.
- Assist with high volumes of data entry.

To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and posses the personal qualities below:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a contact centre environment.
- Experience working within the Government Sector is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work across several systems simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to enter high volumes of data accurately.
