**Executive Assistant** - North Sydney
We’re a globally integrated audit, tax and advisory firm with offices in more than 90 countries - and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated **Executive Assistant** like you to work with our Managing Partner.
**About the job**:
You will be working in the prestigious position of Executive Assistant for the Managing Partner. Your positive mind, personable nature, and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be cherished in this role, as well as your proactiveness, attention to detail and organisation skills. Your ability to anticipate and prioritise tasks, action items and projects is highly valued. Working together with the Managing Partner and the other Executive and Partners of the firm will create strong working relationships within our organisation. You are the sort of person who enjoys building relationships with all levels of staff whilst understanding the confidentiality required due to the projects and meetings you will be involved in. We will welcome you to our newly renovated offices in the heart of North Sydney and can offer the flexibility of being able to work from home two days per week with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
**In **this role, you will**:
- Be the gatekeeper for the Managing Partner by taking control of his diary, inbox, and travel arrangements
- Be the pivotal link between the Managing Partner and his stakeholders and sometimes act as the first point of contact.
- Keep the Managing Partner & Executives accountable for actionable items raised in various Committee, Board and Executive meetings.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and documents.
- Manage and plan annual conferences and events
- Schedule meetings and draft corresponding agendas, minutes, and action items
- Assist with administrative tasks on projects involving the Managing Partner
**About you**:
- Experience as Executive Assistant within a professional services firm (C-suite / executive level)
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Outlook
- Exhibit personable, professional presentation
- Understand the value of discretion and confidentiality
