**About the Role**
We are seeking an Executive Assistant Business Partner to join the International Marketing team, supporting 2 senior leaders. Executive Assistant Business Partners (EABPs) closely collaborate with Uber's leadership to provide sophisticated administrative and operational support, while also either leading or contributing to projects that help drive business priorities and strengthen team collaboration and morale.
This is a unique opportunity for someone to lead and shape our team culture program across APAC, and potentially across international marketing. As well as assist leadership by leading the project management of the annual employee growth and development program.

**The Impact You'll Have**
- Manage the complex end to end calendering process within Google Calendar, across a highly matrix global organization. You will be responsible for vetting, prioritizing and providing recommendations to ensure the senior leaders' time is efficiently utilized. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all logístical details and meeting requirements are in place. i.e. attendees, zoom links, room bookings, agendas, pre-reads, etc.
- Navigate a complex conference room landscape in collaboration with the local office facilities team.
- Total travel coordination, both international and domestic, including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, visas and other travel documentation.
- Plan and coordinate team all-hands meetings, internal events, offsites, and all logístical and budget requirements related to the above.
- Being a true business partner by attending leadership meetings, understanding business priorities, assisting in the development/consolidation of supporting documentation, playing a heavy role in the operating cadence and culture, and not only keeping a pulse but helping drive positive morale.
- Managing monthly expenses and submitting reports for executives and tracking P&L for their teams. This also may include the raising and management of POs.
- May work on other tasks and projects as assigned such as capturing meeting notes and actions, leading or assisting in project management of people & culture workstreams, etc.
- Be a trusted partner with the ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information
**The Experience You'll Bring**
- Minimum 8+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Minimum 4+ years experience supporting a C-suite leader in any sized business or a Director-level leader in a global business
- Google Calendar / G-Suite experience
- Tech company experience
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize leaders' calendar with ability to make judgment calls and decisions based on rapidly shifting priorities
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
