Your new organization is one of the leading full-service migration firm, servicing some of Australia’s leading companies and talented individuals. They are currently looking for highly organised, high performing, proactive Executive Assistant to carry out broad variety of administrative tasks to support their CEO.
**Your new role**

As an Executive Business Partner, you would be responsible for:
- Managing the schedule of the CEO, planning appointments to ensure seamless flow and ample time for meetings and follow up
- Ensuring all requests from the CEO are prioritised and actioned
- Acting as the point of contact between staff, clients, and partners
- Helping to manage projects for the CEO through to completion
- Coordinating events for clients and external parties, based on an agreed events calendar
Office Management
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the business, coordinating and organising operations in ways that help achieve maximum productivity and ensure effective utilisation of our resources
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, including handle incoming enquiries and following up
- Facilitating internal communications
- Managing accounts receivable and payable and other financial procedures
- Developing and producing financial and business reporting to measure achievement of company goals.
- Managing relationships with the company’s external suppliers, partners and vendors (IT, Marketing, Sales, Tax, Legal, BPO, etc.)
- Assisting with the implementation of new systems, processes and technologies to deliver enhanced client service and create efficiency.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in office management and managing projects is essential
- Financial or trust accounting experience
- Strong communication, organisation and administration skills
- Proven experience managing and influencing senior management and business leaders
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and display initiative.
- Time management skills and high attention to detail
