We are looking for a** Customer Sales Training Manager **to join our customer experience team in our offices in Southbank.
**In the role you will**:
- Provide initial training to all new customer sales team members and then transition them onto their day to day duties before being moved into their new team.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to determine training requirements ensuring all team members can excel in the duties that they perform for Luxury Escapes
- Curate Learning and Development content
- Review and Develop customer onboarding packs for new team members.
- Familiarise yourself with LMS, maintain and manage the LMS platform with existing and new team members onboarding.
- Manage team leaders when rolling out content for their immediate teams.
- Maintain attendance records of all training rolled out.
- Provide Call Coaching and Evaluation support to agents within 6-week onboarding program and outside of the onboarding program during Onboarding gaps.
**You are someone who has**:
- In-depth knowledge of key sales methodologies (SPIIN or Challenger Methodology would be a bonus)
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering against revenue and business objectives.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships in complex organisational structures.
- Ability to operate at all organisational levels, with a strong emphasis on senior stakeholders.
- Strong drive for process efficiency, continuous improvement, and team-based results.
- Someone who has resilience and can adapt to change seamlessly.
- Previous experience creating training modules would be key to success.
- A thorough understanding of the travel industry is a bonus.
