We are now looking for a **Sales Manager** to join our Flights and Travel team.

You will be responsible for providing leadership, inspiration, and coaching and development support to all Team Leaders and development of the Flights & Travel consultants.

This role will have a focus in ensuring we are providing the best customer experience in the travel industry, and the best-in-class sales team with a focus on achieving and exceeding our key sales KPI’s.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing the established sales team, leading from the front demonstrating LE values daily
- Driving performance through coaching & development of sales leaders and consultants
- and up-sell the full suite of services, while maintaining exceptional customer service. i.e. - insurance, experiences, and flights
- Focusing on conversion, with QTRLY increases
- Creating new revenue opportunities for the business to plug the gap if inbound calls are off pace, or grow the team to make the most of them
- Enhancing team performance through incentives, rewards, and recognition.
- Interviewing potential new sales employees
- Ensuring that the team is driven and motivated to pursue all available opportunities to sell LE products and services.
- Ensuring that team quality and productivity KPIs are achieved in line with business objectives.
- Strive for customers to consider all contact with LE as an exceptional experience
- Support, coach, and mentor team members to encourage performance and re-enforce team targets and objectives.
- Completing QTRLY Skip Level Feedback sessions to ensure all feedback from sales consultants is heard and action plans put in place/relevant feedback passed onto the business

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in Sales Leadership/Management.
- Excellent people management, coaching, and mentoring skills and experience.
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and find alternative resolution or solution pathways.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build customer loyalty by providing an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Proven ability to manage the stresses of working in a high pressure and rapidly moving work environment.
- Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of LE products, promotions, services, packages and pricing.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs in a demanding and high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly identify issues and clearly state solutions and/or recommendations.
- Ability to engage with all parties to discuss issues in a positive and constructive manner.
