What you'll do:
We are currently looking for a specialist in Capital Sales - Key Account Management. As a senior representative of the business you will be required to network, present and constantly liaise with a range of stakeholders within the customers’ hierarchy. Therefore, it is essential you are a strong communicator with the ability to efficiently navigate your way to the decision makers and succinctly deliver your message whilst developing lasting relationships. You will have the ability to develop and implement a range of short and long term strategies designed to target, engage and convert sales that could take anything from a couple of weeks to a number of years to see to fruition and will have varying degrees of complexity.

What you bring:

- Have experience in Capital Sales involving projects and/or systems;
- 10+ years sales experience in the mining industry, in particular Fixed Plant Capital equipment;
- Have a strong knowledge and understanding of FLSmidth product range;
- Strong network with the major mining companies within the Australian Market;
- Be technically minded with strong mechanical aptitude (mechanical trade, process or mechanical engineer highly regarded);
- Have strong relationship development skills;
- Be confident, friendly and have the ability to work autonomously;
- Be highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

This is a key role within the business and requires someone with the personality to adapt to various situations and a determination to make things happen.
