APG Workforce are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for a 6-month contract Government Sector based in Olympic Park.

**Pay Rate: $70.36 per hour plus super**

**Primary purpose of the role**

Manage the effective delivery of grants and ensure the administration and delivery framework is aligned to bestpractice and achieves agency and government objectives and meets the needs of NSW communities.

**Key accountabilities**
- Effectively manage the day to day planning and administration of grant program projects to support the allocation and monitoring of funding in line with policies and procedures.
- Seek to continuously improve the grants administration system and framework by providing advice to stakeholders and colleagues regarding grant allocations, review processes, and develop user friendly templates and guidelines.
- Provide advice and develop solutions with team colleagues regarding program design and implementation and day to day management and administration of grants to enhance grant outcomes.
- Oversee and contribute to monthly grants expenditure, program funding allocation and partnership agreement completion reviews to inform the Executive leadership team and provide advice to influence strategic direction.
- Contribute to and prepare high level advice on grant funding priorities and outcomes so that stakeholders can make informed, compliant and timely decisions.
- Engage with local government and other stakeholders to engage and contribute to post implementation reviews and program evaluations to leverage lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Prepare correspondence, acquittal reports, publications, and briefs, that are informative and aligned with agency requirements, to respond to Agency and/or Government requests.

**Skills and experience**

**Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- An ability and willingness to travel within NSW and support other operational roles during disasters, emergencies and other events, consistent with skills, background and personal circumstances.
