Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join Service Stream in our Parramatta office
About the Role

Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing company. You will be responsible supporting the Build team in the delivery of NBN fixed wireless network.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Parramatta, NSW

Reporting Line: Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all systems are administered correctly and aligned to the requirements of the program
- Raise business orders
- Organise necessary permits
- Assist project teams for required reportings
- Produce ad hoc reports and reconciliations as required by the business or the client in a timely or accurate manner
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documents as required by the contracts and Service Stream
- Drive continuous improvement
- Provide training and support to all other team members
- Adhering to relevant contract, commercial and legislative guidelines including WHS regulations

About You
- Demonstrated experience of working within a project environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
- High level numerical analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations
