We are an established line marking organisation with over 30 years of experience within the industry. We focus on safety line marking in factories, complete basement packages including cleaning, scrubbing, line marking and sealing, shopping centre car parks, schools, and minor road works such as bus lanes.

A position is available for a high performing **Projects Coordinator **who will own the planning and preparation of all line marking projects across Greater Sydney and Regional NSW. The success of our project execution starts with this role - so we’re looking for someone to take complete ownership of this position.

**Duties**:

- **Details**:from receiving all required details from our estimating team or from the client, to understanding every aspect of the job - attention to detail is key
- **Scheduling**:working with clients to determine the best scheduling solution for them as well as the business, while maintaining realistic expectations.
- **Planning**:understanding the sequence of steps involved in preparing for a job, from document preparation to facilitating timely materials ordering.
- **Communication**: identifying the best way to communicate with different stakeholders and adapting your style to get the best outcome.
- **Systems**:whether it’s using existing systems and processes to ensure efficiency in all aspects of the role, or developing new water-tight ways of doing things to achieve better results - our focus is on improvement and growth.
- **Record Keeping**:demonstrating your attention for details and recording all interactions with client and team, as well as updates to project documentation and scope of works.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’ experience and proven track record in a similar role (existing **Projects Coordinators**, **Contracts Administrators **and trade-based **Project Managers **should apply)
- Be experienced in Microsoft Office 365, and a project management system - Aroflo preferable
- Customer focused with outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and great interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with great initiative to get the job done
- Professional manner
- Confidence, decisiveness and can be assertive when required
- The ability to work autonomously, being self-driven
- Flexibility to respond to urgent client changes and requests - while rare, out of hours calls may sometimes be required due to the nature of our scheduling.
- Must be willing to provide a Police Check before interview.
- Full pre employment medical required before commencement.
