We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Customer Salesperson / Internal Sales

**This company** is a well established company with sites in both Victoria and Sydney. They are an Australian owned business supplying products to commercial builders, Project Engineers, Architects and applicator companies. They have an excellent reputation and low turn over of staff due to their excellent employee culture.

They are passionate about delivering outstanding quality work and are always looking for innovative solutions & products for their customers.

**The role**
Based in the branch in the lower north shore of Sydney, you will be responsible for:

- Inbound sales enquires,
- Providing quotes and advice to customers
- Counter enquiries and relationship building with existing customers,
- Arranging freight as and when required via local courier service, for customers who require delivery,
- Manage the CRM platform to keep up to date customer records
- General office / branch duties
- Back order and order management where required.

**Applicant requirements**
We are looking for someone who enjoys dealing with customers both face to face and on the phone. A background dealing with waterproofing products / similar would be highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar internal sales / customer sales support role dealing with trade customers, builders and the like would be highly advantageous
- You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of being able to produce quotes & invoices
- Computer literate
- Proven ability in some type of industrial sales / retail or from a trade background with a good understanding of the industry would be advantageous
- Team player, someone support of a good team environment
