**About the Role**

Your key responsibilities:

- Escalation for all internal and external stakeholder queries via call center and Operations mailbox enquiries
- Escalating any relevant internal issues to Operations Director
- Completion of general reporting/as requested from the business
- Work closely with the Payroll and Credit team to resolve pay/ bill disputes quickly and efficiently
- ManpowerGroup health and safety environmental standards, safe work, procedures and instructions
- Preparation of temporary worker and client related documentation and enter this information into databases
- Flexibility to assist in all units of the Operations brand including but not limited to recruitment, project management and account management
- Ongoing management of active temporary workers and clients
- Management of team KPI’s and SLA’s
- Escalation of all internal CET queries for all ManpowerGroup brands

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent phone manner
- Thrive in a fast paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities
