The Position:
As an
Internal Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of established customer accounts; maintain existing business levels through regular contact and selling of products and value added services; identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and develop these customers in order to drive the required sales growth.
On any given day your duties will involve:
- Generate and qualify sales lead opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
- Identify sales opportunities within your Portfolio
- Create a specific plan of action for managing Portfolio customers within your Sales region
- Ensure face to face visit requirements are coordinated through aligned Account Managers
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness
- Develop opportunities with companies not currently on the database
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration
- Liaise effectively across functions to ensure customers are delighted
The Package:
- A base salary of up to
$70k PA + Superannuation - Full product training
- A sales incentive bonus scheme, paid quarterly (average 5% of your salary each quarter)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed given targets
