**About the Role**

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your focus will be across people management, security and compliance, IS Project & Service Delivery & Financial Management. This can be a contract or permanent opportunity.

Your key responsibilities:

- Set staff objectives in alignment with ANZ vision and improving business nimbleness, and business results
- Provide support to the Global Technology forums & discussions & deliver IT security compliance requirements
- Development of effective service management processes & work practices toward audit compliance
- Development of risk & issue management framework and provide visibility of risks & mitigation strategies to management
- Deliver various IT Projects
- Drive consistent and effective IT service delivery and procedure requests
- Lead the operational planning and implementation of the IS strategy
- Ensure IS goals and objectives are delivered in accordance with the approved IT Budget

**Your Background**
- Based in Sydney and an Australian Citizen (be defence cleared or capable of being cleared)
- Experienced across infrastructure, apps, development, telecommunications and people leadership.
- Tertiary qualification in IT
- IT vendor management experience
- Previous experience working in a Microsoft Azure environment
- Strong business acumen, project management skills
- Excellent Communications skills both written and verbal
- Previous recruitment industry experience and experience working with or managing offshore teams is a bonus but not essential
