**About the Role**

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue and profit for Canon Business Services (CBS). This is to be achieved by driving sales growth with strategic alliance partners. As a technology re-seller, CBS has several strategic partnerships in place that we want to ensure we are maximising, these can be technology vendors, distributions partners, or solution providers we utilise. Relationships with these partners must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies. This is an Australia based hybrid role reporting to GM - Sales.

**Main Duties**
- Ownership and input into business plans for agreed strategic alliance partners.
- Relationship management with key stakeholders within the partner network.
- Ensure business plans are being executed on and that mutual value is being driven
- Provide advice and guidance into potential new partnerships and alliances that would add value to CBS and our customers.
- Drive key marketing initiatives for lead and revenue generation that form part of the agreed business plans.
- Contract management to ensure all agreements are current, assist in negotiation of contracts to ensure best value for CBS
- Management of various programmes that exist in the partner ecosystem, for example point in time rebates, SPIFFs, training offers, etc.
- Manage vendor technical certification and partner levels for alliance partners, ensuring CBS is living it to its obligations and that we have the correct level of technical resourcing.
- Maximise indirect revenue for CBS in areas such as back end rebates, cost offsets and MDF.
- Provide appropriate management reporting on agreed metrics and initiatives.
