**About the Role | Customer Manager Continuous Improvement**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Manager of Continuous Improvement to spearhead business improvements and customer enhancements in our dynamic organization. As a key member of the Claims Management Group, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for change, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As the Customer Manager of Continuous Improvement, you will lead a dedicated team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and champion innovation to optimize processes, systems, and outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include developing objectives that support learning, career growth, and performance excellence while ensuring alignment with our company's values and Code of Conduct.
**About You**
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in insurance, business, or finance
- Strong expertise in process improvement; additional insurance qualifications a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in improvement roles, with 1-3 years' leadership in claims
- Proficiency in designing proposals, business cases, and change management strategies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry considerations
- In-depth knowledge of claims, premiums, and relevant legislation
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team growth and development
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills to achieve goals and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to influence and present business case proposals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, and ability to interpret customer insights for actionable initiatives
