Job Summary:
The People Co. is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing Lean/TPM programs to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement, promoting a mindset of ongoing process optimization.
- Lead the implementation of Lean/TPM programs, applying methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Coach and develop frontline staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in process improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement project plans, including setting targets and objectives for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and environment.
- Prepare and present reports and statistics to management and teams.
- Manage change and project initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in continuous improvement engineering, with a strong background in Lean Manufacturing principles.
- 6+ years of experience in CPG manufacturing, with a deep understanding of Integrated Work Systems (IWS), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
