Continuous Improvement Lead

RemServ is our leading salary packaging brand in Queensland. We have offered salary packaging and novated leasing services in this market for more than twenty years.

This is a specialist role responsible for supporting the identification of continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate and manage the implementation of key operational initiatives for the RemServ Salary Packaging Teams. This role requires the ability to manage the end to end process of project management from scoping and identifying opportunities to ensuring operational readiness.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take complete ownership and responsibility for progressing all continuous improvement initiatives to a timely resolution
- Champion the customer and end user experience. Consider the impacts of the project/initiative and work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure we seize opportunities to improve the experience for our customers and staff.
- Effectively coordinate activities of all participants within a project/initiative to achieve desired milestones/targets. Engage with WFP to ensure all project work for customer facing staff is approved.
- Ensure learning and support resources are updated with any relevant changes to processes.
- Validate proposed operational process / systems changes with key business stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are aligned to business strategies and objectives.
- Balances competing priorities and needs/expectations to deliver the right outcomes
- Execute projects within target timeframes. Effectively manage expectations and review timelines with sponsors and stakeholders in advance of known risks and issues to revise timelines as appropriate.
- Report on project progress, raise risks/issues/decisions with the Ops Management team and sponsors in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to provide project participants, stakeholders and sponsors clarity over project progress and activities required.
- Work with stakeholders to develop an appropriate and timely change management approach to support implementation of new initiatives and revised activities. This may include relevant training, communications and change management assessments.
- Maintain a high standard of process and product knowledge

- Proven ability to establish priorities, work to strict timelines autonomously or as part of a team
- Being able to manage the end to end process of project management framework.
- Being able to understand complex information relating to policies procedures, compliance and legislative requirements
- Ability to identify opportunities for continual improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation to pro-actively seek solutions to problems and proactively seek continuous improvements
