**THE OPPORTUNITY**
A fantastic opportunity exists for a Continuous Improvement Inventory Technician to join the PACCAR Parts PDC Team in Brisbane Be responsible for supporting the PDC Leadership team with conducting PDC activities to continuously improve the operational performance and efficiency of the warehouse.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supporting the PDC and all general operations where required
- Create and manage velocity reports and optimise inventory as necessary
- Manage and investigate inventory issues and support adjustments
- Create locations and manage the receipting process for new parts
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and manage implementation plans
- Identify and support with the coordination of general PDC maintenance
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Support the PDC Quality Co-Ordinator with any Inventory Counts, Investigations and Resolutions to ensure Inventory Integrity is maintained
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding inventory, warehouse management and safety
**ABOUT YOU**
- Understanding of Warehouse tasks, processes and procedures, including Receiving and Inventory Management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of PACCAR Australia products
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and JDE/OneWorld
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
