The role
Reporting to the Clinical Applications Manager, the Continuous Improvement Specialist will drive and maintain a continuous improvement culture and framework to enable positive change through the coordination of quality, performance measurement, process development and process review activities. Specifically, the role is responsible for delivering the continuous improvement model for customer interfacing functions, processes and service standards, and enabling quality customer outcomes; including developing business improvement opportunites, providing recommendations with a strong focus on customer service within eHealth Queensland.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience in business analysis and implementation of business quality improvement initiatives with the ability to identify, prioritise and conceptualise tasks which need to be undertaken and resource requirements to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
- Proven high level interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, oral and written communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve tangible improvements
- Advanced organisational skills including the ability to establish own work priorities and manage time effectively, whilst remaining flexible to respond to changing needs in a busy environment
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
