**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The **NKA Executive** supports the Sales Director, National Key Accounts Team and the Wholesale & Specialist Team in the successful fulfilment of their responsibilities to optimise sales, visibility, net proceeds and contribution for Moet Hennessy Australia via designated customers, within agreed budgets and strategic guidelines. This role will include:

- Support the NKA & Wholesaler team in producing volume forecasts by brand and assist to identify risks, opportunities & mitigation plans as necessary.
- Support the NKA & Wholesaler teams in producing customer account plans that incorporate Customer Marketing and Category Management, linked to Brand Plans and Channel strategy to achieve the volume and profit budgets.
- Maintain the customer Sales Planning Tools to ensure accuracy of volume forecasts and profitability.
- Assist in developing joint business plans with the designated customers to deliver continued business growth.
- Develop and maintain accurate NKA & Wholesaler promotional calendars
- Manage the communication with the State teams to ensure individual activation mechanics are clear and in compliance for review.
- Assist National Key Account Managers in all facets of event coordination from customer enquiry to onsite event management.
- Work closely with the Trade Marketing Team to ensure NKA & Wholesaler channel achieves activation objectives as per budget.
- Provide, maintain & ensure data reports and trackers are updated on behalf of the National Key Accounts Team.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

- At least 2 years administration or sales experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company.
- Strong numerical, analytical and statistical skills
- Exceptional communication, networking and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good negotiating, influencing and communication skills
- Excellent time management
- High standard of computer literacy (word, Excel, Powerpoint)
