**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:

- The Change Lead has a shared responsibility in achieving expected benefits of transformational change through extensive stakeholder engagement activities to improve future state organisational structure, business services and service delivery mechanisms, business processes and digital technology solutions.
- 12 months Fixed Term duration;
- Located at Mercy Health Support Services Office (SSO), Richmond

**ABOUT YOU**:

- A degree in business, communication, change and/or marketing related field.
- 2-3 years relevant project experience in Technology implementation projects, e.g. ERP, Cloud SaaS.
