**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- The Mercy Health Transformation team provides strategic and specialist support to Executives and Senior Leaders on the development, implementation, planning, and monitoring of workstreams and initiatives designed to deliver transformational change in the way that Mercy Health delivers customer and community outcomes, financial sustainability, operating effectiveness, and the workplace experience for its people.
- Following the implementation of the HRIS Program, the role will be responsible for the delivery of technical activities including end to end development of medium to large software and integration projects.
- This is a full-time (76 hrs a fortnight), permanent position based from our Richmond Office with hybrid working arrangements (3 days onsite; 2 days WFH) available.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- We are seeking a technically astute individual with demonstrable success within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence an authentic, engaging and agile character.- Relevant degree in Computer Science or business information related field
- Knowledge and experience with Workday data structures and integrations.
- Knowledge and experience using the Workday Integration Cloud, including Workday Eclipse Studio
- Experience in Scripting/automation with Powershell/VBA/C#.
