Richmond, Australia REA Group Full time

At REA Group, we're changing the way the world experiences property. As a leading global digital business, we're driven by bold and ambitious goals.

We're seeking an experienced Transformation Project Delivery Lead to join our Financial Services team. This pivotal role will be responsible for running end-to-end transformation projects across both onshore and offshore operations teams.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will lead and oversee critical initiatives within our organisation's transformation efforts, driving change, optimising processes, and achieving strategic objectives through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • This role will involve managing project tracking and deadlines, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

As a key member of our Operations Transformation Team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

You'll also be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of business processes, identifying inefficiencies, flaws, and improvement opportunities, and utilising best practices and technological advancements to recommend and implement process automation and optimisation strategies.

About You
  • You have experience in project management, change management, and planning, with the ability to dial up to a strategic view and down to the detail.
  • You're comfortable extracting insight and structure from imperfect information and are impact-oriented and comfortable in ambiguity.
  • You've got excellent communication skills, proven problem-solving ability, and the ability to visualise current and future state.
About the Role

This is a hybrid and flexible approach to working, with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer flexible parental leave offering for primary and secondary carers, programs to support mental, emotional, financial, and physical health & wellbeing, and many more benefits.

Why Join Us?

At REA Group, we're committed to your development – both professionally and personally. Our Because We Care program offers employees volunteering leave, community grants, matched payroll giving, and our Community Café donates 100% of revenue to charity.
