We are excited to be commencing our HRIS transformation and need a HR Lead Recruitment and Onboarding to support us in this.

As the HR Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and HR functional expertise for the HRIS Transformation project. You will utilise the agreed project management framework and program governance mechanisms to effectively manage the day-to-day activities and applicable SME resources for the functional workstream across the full project lifecycle.

Specifically, you will liaise closely with the vendor partner equivalent functional lead and be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and support for assigned functional workstream activities in support of the new Mercy Health HRIS across all phases of the project to support a successful project outcome. You will also be incolved in:

- Documentation and oversight of functional objectives and expected benefit outcomes.
- Bridging the project team with the appropriate functional business Subject Matter Expertise to define your functional requirements and HCM business processes, data mapping jobs, organisation, compensation, leave and paid time off etc.
- Leading the design and configuration of the assigned functional workstream from a Mercy Health perspective
- Preparation and support for building test scripts as needed and ensuring the adequate testing of functional workstream business processes and configurations
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of workstream related training, pre and post deployment to ensure a successful transfer of knowledge to the business
- Regular monitoring, evaluation and reporting against agreed schedules, resourcing, deliverables, risks, and issues for the assigned workstream

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, related discipline or with extensive experience in talent acquisition, you bring professional experience and leadership skills working within a large and complex organisation as well as relevant project experience
