As a Transformation Project Lead - Operations at REA Group, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our business. Our Operations Transformation Team is responsible for running end-to-end transformation projects across onshore and offshore operations teams. We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Lead to lead and oversee critical initiatives within our organisation’s transformation efforts.
This role will be instrumental in driving change, optimising processes, and achieving strategic objectives through effective project management and stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end management and delivery of transformation projects, including identification, benefits of change analysis, scope, setup, management of streams, delivery to handover to BAU.
- Becoming the SME in your project/stream, deeply understanding the current state, to-be state, and the steps to get there.
- Setting up and running streams, stream meetings, steerco meetings, and managing through matrixed approach outcomes from stakeholders outside of the project team.
- Managing project tracking and deadlines, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Conducting in-depth analyses of business processes, identifying inefficiencies, flaws, and improvement opportunities.
- Utilising best practices and technological advancements to recommend and implement process automation and optimisation strategies.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Preparing and delivering comprehensive presentations and reports that communicate project analyses, productivity metrics, and success measures to stakeholders.
- Facilitating communication across departments to understand the impact of process changes, monitor operations, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Conducting regular meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Analysing data, generating insights, and making data-driven recommendations to achieve project objectives and enhance business performance.
- Preparing and presenting project status updates, findings, and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
