**The Company**:
This award-winning creative event and production management company is seeking an enthusiastic Events Administrator to join their rapidly growing vibrant team. This Event Agency delivers exceptional events for a diverse range of For Purpose clients, including not-for-profits, government, universities, and arts.
**The Role**:
The Events Administrator will report to an Event Manager. The Events Administrator will be responsible for supporting the events team to deliver high quality in-person, hybrid and virtual events. As the Events Administrator, you will be providing administrative support to multiple events at any one time, providing creative ideas, detailed end to end planning and outstanding customer service. You will develop and maintain supportive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively demonstrate a commitment to the values and vision of the Agency.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Support the smooth running of the office by taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Support the event planning via budget administration
- Assist in the end to end event planning, coordination and production of online and in person client events in consultation with various Event Managers and Event Coordinators
- Provide administrative assistance with registration, ticketing and record keeping for events
- Support the team to deliver high quality events by researching, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers regarding event resources
- Any other administrative duties that may be assigned by the director/s
- Provide on the day event coordination and technical support for in person events
- Provide technical support and coordination for online events
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and any other stakeholders
- Support the Event team with developing communication and marketing materials to promote events
- Clear written and excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Canva
- A good understanding of Zoom and other online video conferencing systems is highly desirable
- Ability to collaborate and work both autonomously and as a member of a team
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to positive and constructive feedback
- Ability to work outside business hours as will be required for events
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for events when required
