About The Role
We are currently seeking a Talent Coordinator - NSW to join our high performing Recruitment team. This role can be based in either our Sydney or Newcastle office.

What You’ll Do
- Support with monitoring of the preferred recruitment tools including XRef and CV Check
- Manage the referral program to ensure referrals are contacted and payments are made to referrer
- Manage the labour hire transfer process across Whitehaven
- Initiate and manage the completion of new starter onboarding, ensuring all requirements are completed prior to the employee commencing

What You’ll Bring
- Previous exposure to HR / Talent coordination and / or strong administration background
- Qualifications in business administration (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and team player
