**_This is a unique opportunity to come and manage our end-to-end recruitment (in-house) whilst getting exposure and growth opportunities into a range of other generalist HR work._**

**_Also unique about this opportunity is that it's permanent part-time. Flexible hours and days between 3-4 days per week._**

**The role**

You will work closely with our HR Administrator to support the HR Manager with in-house end to end recruitment including:

- Taking job briefs and job design discussions
- Agreeing recruitment strategy with hiring managers
- Drafting and posting advertisements
- Facilitating assessment centres for specific high-volume recruitment
- Analysing and reporting on recruitment metrics and trends
- Interpreting recruitment policies and legislation and providing advise to hiring managers
- Identifying, developing and implementing new recruitment practices to meet organizational needs
- Creating and maintaining strong working relationships with business unit leaders and key stakeholders.

There will also be the opportunity over time to develop broader generalist HR skills in a range of areas including the following:

- Providing HR advice to frontline leaders and employees
- Supporting leaders to resolve less complex performance concerns
- Coordinating our talent pipeline and programs for Graduates, Cadets and Apprentices
- Ad-hoc HR projects

**About you**

You will will have a fun and easy-going attitude with a creative flair.

You will also have:

- at least 3 years Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience, either in-house or agency
- strong communication skills including the ability to negotiate and influence others
- demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing demands
- can-do attitude and ability to think outside the square to achieve outcomes

It is desirable that you also have relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline, or are currently making progress towards this.

This role is permanent part-time with the ability to work either 3-4 days, including school hours if that is the preferred option.
