Zenviron is a joint venture between Monadelphous and ZEM Energy and is a market leading engineering, procurement and construction services contractor, specialising in the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia.

Following the continued growth and success of the business, we are currently seeking highly motivated **Training & Talent Development Manager** to work across our operations, based in the Newcastle Head Office.

If you are an experienced and driven Training professional with a background of Talent Development, who wants to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide functional training advice & expertise to personnel across the Business Unit and/or Projects.
- Provides training support services directly to internal and external customers.
- Prepare training information into reports to meet reporting requirements.
- Creates, develops and implements improved training processes.
- Ensure all training processes and activities comply with relevant legislation and company policy.
- Capture and analyse qualitative or quantitative training data to identify, research and address training needs.
- Deliver programs and workshops; particularly internal systems training and assist to coordinate training across the Business.
- Establishes professional networks with training colleagues across industry and professional associations.
- Works closely with Project/Operations Managers in the identification of internal talent managing professional development pathways and accreditation.
- Coordinate and manage the internal mentoring program across the business and projects.
- Manage the onboarding of new employees into the organisation.

**What we are looking for**:

- Ideally a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
- Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively.
- A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence - HR
- Proof of right to work in Australia.

To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
