IT Service Desk Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Support Technician to effectively manage IT devices, provide support, handle onboarding, manage tickets, and perform basic server tasks.
**What you will do**:
- Manage and troubleshoot IT devices, including laptops, desktops, and VoIP systems, through imaging, installation, and configuration
- Provide onsite and remote support, repairing or replacing equipment as needed
- Handle account setup and onboarding for new team members while managing support tickets with thorough documentation
- Perform basic Windows server administration tasks and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.
**What you bring**:
- Experience_
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or related field (or proven work experience in a similar role)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a helpdesk / service desk or similar role
- Proven experience with:
- Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
- Windows operating systems
- Office 365
- Imaging and configuration of laptops, desktops & mobile devices Ticketing systems
- Personal competencies_
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written, able to effectively interact with diverse audiences
- Proven customer service abilities and a collaborative team player attitude
- Capable of working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to guidelines.
