ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Service Desk Technician to join the Kinetic IT crew, possessing skilled & experienced technical knowledge to support the diverse customer site directly.

This is a Permanent Full-time role, based in the heart of Melbourne CBD - we are also able to offer some flexibility of working in office and home (WFH) throughout your week.

Being a confident resolver, you can work effectively across a wide range IT-related issues and requests whilst playing an important part in delivering Kinetic IT’s award-winning customer service.

IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN :

Delivery of a high-level of customer service, involved across face to face and remote support Ability to prioritise requests, with strong documentation skills into ticket resolution Sharing lessons learned and process improvements with your wider national team Conducting yourself confidently under pressure, escalating to cross functional teams as required

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU’LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

Prior experience in an IT Service Desk/Customer Technical Support environment Ability to work in a 24/7 shifted environment The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes accurately Ability to work independently and within a team Full Australian working rights required.
