**Territory Manager**
Wetherill Park (NSW), Australia | req18751
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a proven sales track record to join our team. We will provide you with support in product and industry knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and increasing sales within an existing portfolio, as well as securing new business and enhancing profitability through effective pricing, product substitution, and contract management.
**What you will enjoy doing**
- Increase the profitability of the portfolio through effective price & contract management and product substitution
- Identify, develop and commercialise growth opportunities in existing customer accounts and new business prospects
- Develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers
- Provide technical support and solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Working collaboratively with the sales, retail and support functions to deliver targets
- Contribute to the overall success of the team
**What makes you great**
- You will have strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiation, growing existing accounts and Lead Generation & conversion.
- Thorough understanding of price and contract management
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Results focussed approach and proactive mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and stay motivated
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and clean driving record
