Our client is an established tyre fitter focused on fitting vehicles with the best from Australia’s largest selection of tyre brands.

**A typical day at work could you see attending to tasks ranging from**:

- Answering all telephone enquiries
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with practice enquiries
- Maintain files and documentation
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Ensure efficient operation of the office
- Data entry and preparation of reports

**About you**

Proven experience working in office administration
An ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
Strong accuracy and data entry skills
PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn internal software systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skillsExperience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
Bright and friendly demeanour with a willingness to assist with all enquiries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
