Office Administrator

Our client an established tyre fitter, focused on fitting vehicles with the best from Australia’s largest selection of tyre brands. We are looking for an amazing Office Administrator to assist at head office on a permanent full time basis
- Proven experience working in office administration
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn internal software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
- Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
- Bright and friendly demeanor with a willingness to assist with all enquiries
Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answering all telephone enquiries
- Assisting with practice enquiries
- Maintain files and documentation
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Ensure efficient operation of the office
- Data entry and preparation of reports
