Lyka is an Australian founded pet wellness company that’s shaking up an outdated industry and paving the way for happier, healthier pets. Despite medical advancements, animal lifespans are on the decline. Today, the average pet only reaches 37% of their full potential lifespan — the oldest dogs live to 30+ years old, the average dog passes away at only 11 years old :( — and statistics have shown us that most suffer from dental disease, cancer, and obesity. Simply put, the status quo is not enough.

As humans, we’ve experienced firsthand the positive impact fresh wholefoods can have on our health and wellbeing, and we believe our furry friends deserve the same. We're on a mission to do just that, starting with nutritionally balanced, wholefood meals delivered direct to doors around Australia. As the world’s most sustainable pet wellness company, we’re putting pets and our planet first — one bowl at a time.

Today, we are proud to share we’ve served over 20 million meals to puppers and their parents across Australia, and this is just the beginning. Our vision is to create multiple nutritional products, adding disease prevention meals and supplements, and expand into new markets.

Currently, we have a team of 200+ pet-obsessed and we're continuing to grow (yes, looking at you). These carefully selected people are dedicated to building the next generation of technology and products to help empower pet parents to take control over their pet’s wellbeing.

To date, we have raised over $60M in funding from our venture fund investments and pet industry insiders, who believe in our mission and ability to drive change in a stagnant industry, providing nutrition that nourishes puppers from the inside out.

**The Team**

Lyka is growing and we are looking for an exceptional Partnerships Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and fostering positive relationships with our partners, including identifying the areas of growth to ensure we can make an even larger impact on the lives of puppers

In addition to the work you’ll be doing with our partners, this role will also work internally where you will be working cross-functionally to ensure project objectives are delivered.

**What you will do?**
- Manage and foster close relationships with our existing partners, including breeders, vets, dog trainers, among others
- Identify areas Lyka could play a role to help our partners grow their businesses and revenue through Lyka
- Establish protocols and processes for partnership engagement to help ensure Lyka’s interactions and communications are aligned with our brand
- Establish and automate processes to ensure scalability of our programs
- Lead department projects that will help scale our operating model as the channels grow to maintain a high degree of product adoption and program participation
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams (Strategy & Ops, Customer Care, Marketing, Creative, Finance, Product, among others) to ensure project objectives are delivered
- Be an expert on the benefits on natural feeding and help create new advocates in a multitude of industries (Breeders, Vets, Rescues and other Dog Partners)
- Live and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles at the workplace

**Who you are? **(Experiences, behaviours and skills we want to see)**
- You’re an experienced Account Manager with at least 2 years' experience in either Account Management or Inside Sales
- You’ve been working within a high-growth B2B start-up (e.g., SaaS or FinTech) and you have a passion for building long-term relationships
- You have worked in a sales environment and are comfortable working to KPIs and targets
- You would describe yourself as a self-starter/success oriented, you are great at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and enjoy collaborating with teams including marketing, strategy, finance and product to drive the best outcomes for our partners
- You know how to ensure our partners have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively advocate for Lyka, you’re familiar with organising webinar sessions and developing new marketing materials to do so
- You understand how to build new business and drive revenue because you have a track record of doing so
- You have a love for animals and want to join us in striving for excellence in pet wellness
- You’ve used various CRM tools such as Hubspot or similar
